It is very common for children who have Autism, ADHD and Anxiety to experience overstimulation in environments that are very stimulating, ones that they cannot control or ones that are not predictable. The grocery store, having many guest in your home and bouncy houses could be a perfect example where overstimulation could take place.

One tip that I would follow is that If you find that your child is overstimulated, remove him or her from that environment and find one that is calm and quiet.
